SAE Education Ltd, MyCreativeFuture Scholarship

General Competition Rules

  1. Employees of SAE Education Limited, trading as SAE and Qantm College; Jack FM; Absolute Radio; Radio 107 Oxford; Forth Radio; Juice FM; Clyde 1; Independent Newspaper, Future Publishing anyone professionally associated with this promotion; and all persons with whom such excepted persons are domiciled are excluded from entering this competition.
  2. Opening date for receipt of entries is Monday, 14th June 2010 at 00:01
  3. Closing date for receipt of entries is Sunday, 8th August 2010 at 23:59
  4. Entries must be received by SAE Education Ltd before the stated closing date and subject to the absolute discretion of SAE, late entries will not be considered.
  5. Entry is free, and no purchase or payment of any kind is required.
  6. The minimum age for entrants is 17 years old.
  7. Entrants outside such limits will be disqualified.

Entry criteria

  1. Entries will be accepted online at www.mycreativefuture.com
  2. One entry will be allowed per person.
  3. Diploma Applications for UK residents only
  4. An entry consists of one completed registration form.
  5. Registration forms can be found at www.mycreativefuture.com. Within the registration form entrants must provide personal details as required on the entry form along with the completion of the following descriptions as requested in the application. Applicants have the option of uploading a PDF of their CV to further augment their application.
  6. Use of false name or address will result in disqualification.
  7. Incomplete, damaged or copied entries will be invalid.
  8. While every care will be taken, SAE Education Ltd cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery, delay or loss of any entry. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery. The decision of SAE Education Ltd as to acceptance of any entry shall be final.

Entries

  1. Once submitted, entries cannot be returned.
  2. Entrants agree to their name, image and hometown being published on the website/on air/in print and other forms of media. They agree to their participation being broadcast, recorded and repeated and otherwise used without being entitled to any payment.
  3. Complaints about the operation of the competition may be made in writing to SAE Education Limited, Littlemore Park, Armstrong Road, Oxford, OX4 4FY

The Judging Process

  1. After the closing date, eligible entries will be collated by SAE Education Ltd.
  2. Entries will then be judged, at the discretion of SAE Education Limited by a
    Scholarship Panel, the judging criteria being to find a short-list of entries.
  3. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified after recipients have been notified.
  4. The successful full scholarship winners will then be publicly announced on www.mycreativefuture.com
  5. Footage of these mentoring and interview sessions will be recorded by SAE Education Limited and will become the property of SAE and unless otherwise agreed, cannot be returned.
  6. Personal Data: by entering the scholarship awards, entrants consent to the collection and use of information by SAE education Limited in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see www.mycreativefuture.com), and as set in 16, 17, 22, 23, and 33 of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these provisions, please do not enter the competition.
  7. The decision of SAE Education Ltd and the Scholarship Panel is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning SAE’s or the Panel’s decisions or interpretation of these rules.

The Prize

  1. Financial rewards for the winning scholarship applicants will not be given to the successful candidates. Proceeds from the promotion will not be payable to the scholarship winners.
  2. Subject to SAE Education Ltd deciding otherwise, only the stated scholarships may be won. There will not be a cash alternative to the stated scholarships
  3. Once awarded, the scholarship cannot be transferred to a different SAE Institute campus
  4. Scholarships are not transferable to another student or applicant
  5. In the event of the scholarships becoming unavailable, SAE Education Ltd will, where appropriate, arrange the supply of an appropriate alternative of similar value course at SAE Education Ltd’s sole discretion.
  6. A scholarship will not be awarded to a person who, for any reason, would not be allowed by law to receive or use the scholarship where the supply to that person would be unlawful.
  7. SAE Education Ltd reserves the right to reject claims or applications and to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
  8. The successful scholarship applicants may be required to participate in all publicity resulting from this promotion.
  9. If applying for a degree: entry requirements may vary; if an international student all study visa requirements must be met in order to begin the course.
